Cancellation & Refund Policy

We manage our workshop bays carefully to avoid delays for other motorists. Should you need to move or cancel your booking, we ask for sufficient notice so we can offer the bay to another vehicle.

Cancellation window

Notify us by telephone or email at least 24 hours prior to the agreed intake, and no charge applies. Cancellations tendered after this point may incur the documented cost of parts already secured on your behalf.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling carries no administrative fee. Our desk will present the earliest open bay availability within one business day.

Conditions governing reimbursement

A complete reimbursement is issued if we cancel the booking, fail to execute the commissioned work, or deliver outcomes diverging from the specification that cannot be rectified within a sensible timeframe.

  • Deposits paid toward bespoke factory parts orders will be refunded minus any genuine return restock fee charged by the component distributor.
  • Labour deposits are refunded in full when cancellation is received at least twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled intake slot.
  • If work has already commenced prior to an unexpected customer request to stop, only the unperformed labour balance remains refundable.
  • Specialist diagnostic time already expended in testing or physical harness strip-down is non-refundable.

Initiating a reimbursement request

  1. Call our workshop reception or reply to your appointment confirmation message stating your registration and intention to cancel.
  2. Provide your direct bank sort code and account number for any eligible deposit return.
  3. Receive written acknowledgment of the workshop schedule alteration from our service manager.

Timeline

Approved refunds are processed via direct electronic bank transfer within three working days of cancellation.
