Settlement is received via cash upon vehicle collection or by direct bank transfer against the issued invoice. This web platform collects no credit or debit card data.
An itemised VAT invoice is printed and handed over upon completion of the vehicle handover. This invoice documents part numbers, fluid viscosities, recorded tyre depths, brake pad measurements, and technician notes for your vehicle history folder.
A deposit of twenty-five percent is requested only for major subassembly orders such as factory crate engines, reconditioned gearboxes, or bespoke manufacturer-backordered wiring harnesses.
Where cancellations occur with less than twenty-four hours notice, or where a vehicle fails to arrive for a reserved ramp slot, a flat bay reservation fee of forty pounds may be applied to any future booking.
